1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Goblyns! By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and Goblyns ("the Company").

2. Services Provided

Goblyns provides Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development services for businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, and corporations across various industries. Our services include, but are not limited to, consultation, design, development, and deployment of MVPs.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Project Requirements: The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their project requirements.
• Collaboration: The Client must actively participate in the development process, providing timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary resources.
• Compliance: The Client is responsible for ensuring that their project complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees outlined in the project proposal. Payment terms will be specified in the contract or invoice.
• Payment Schedule: Payments may be required upfront, in milestones, or upon project completion, as agreed upon in the project contract.
• Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in a delay of services or suspension of the project.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, the Client will receive ownership of all the deliverables created as part of the project.
• Third-Party Content: The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any third-party content provided for use in the project.

6. Confidentiality

Goblyns agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client that is marked as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

• No Warranty: The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Goblyns makes no guarantees regarding the success or performance of the MVP.
• Limitation of Liability: Goblyns will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

• Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. The Client will be responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
• Termination by Goblyns: Goblyns may terminate the project if the Client fails to comply with these Terms or if the project is deemed unfeasible. The Client will be responsible for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Services

Goblyns reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. The Client will be notified of any significant changes that may impact their project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of law.
